Elder James C. Rowe, 69 of Camp Hill, AL passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, 1:00 p.m. CST at Springhill Primitive Baptist Church in Camp Hill, AL, Elder Thomas Knight; Officiating, Elder Byrd, Eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
