Mr. Alfonso Gibson

Mr. Alfonso Gibson, 41 of Lanett, AL passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, 1:00 p.m. EST at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church in Lanett, AL, Rev. Lamar Johnson, Pastor; Officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Lanett, AL.

He leaves to cherish his memory to three children, A’Kayla Monae Gibson, Jalon Deonta Gibson and London Carlton Gibson, his mother, Mattie P. Gibson, his father, Roosevelt (Dorothy) Gibson, Jr., grandmother, Betty Sue White, two sisters, Shequita Flournoy and Demetrius Dunn, four brothers: Christopher Gibson, Faheem Rahseed Shabazz, Reginald (Katrina) Dunn and Charlie Dunn, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a very special friend, Shirley Woody.

Special friends, Alfonso had many homeboys and homegirls, too many to name. You all know who you are and what role you played in his life. We will all cherish the memories of him in our hearts. May God continue to Bless you all.
