Mr. Nathaniel Avery, 67 of LaFayette, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at EAMC-Lanier in Valley, AL.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2019, 1:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Charlie Chambers; Officiating. Burial will follow in Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

Mr. Avery is survived by his  two daughters, Shannon (Jeffrey) Wilson of Birmingham, AL and Stephanie Burton of Opelika, AL, a son, Antonio Ellis of Birmingham, AL, eight brothers: Charles Avery, Willie Avery, Matthew Avery, Larry Avery, Jerome Avery, Robert (Rubyfaye) Avery, Cardell Avery and Mark Avery, one sister, Mary Ellen Avery, companion, Carey Hall,  three grandchildren, Abril Dawson, Tyre Hall and Jayla Blakes, four great-grandchildren, Karsyn Woodgett, Josiah McKenzie, London Hunter and Nakenzie Ragland, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
