Mr. Ronnie Hooks, 61 of Five Points, AL passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, 1:00 p.m. CST at Rehope Missionary Baptist Church, LaFayette, AL, Rev. Harvey L. Jones, Pastor; Officiating. Burial will follow in Canaan Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Roanoke (Welch Community), AL.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and caring wife, Cynthia Hooks, one son, Ronrico (Precious) Hooks of Douglasville, GA, three grandsons, Gerald Hooks, Jr. of Five Points, AL, Ronrico, Jr. and Roman Hooks, both of Douglasville, GA, three granddaughters, Kaitlin and Kaila Hooks, both of LaGrange, GA and Raegan Hooks of Douglasville, GA, three brothers, Jesses James (late Mary) Hooks of Hartford, CT, Stanley (late Cynthia) Hooks of Lafayette, AL and Michael (Priscilla) Woods, nine sisters: Hattie (late Willie Frank) Brooks of Five Points, AL, Lemerle (late Leophus) Gunn and Gwendolyn Hooks, both of Detroit, MI, Irene (Jerry) Roundtree of Lafayette, AL, Jessie (Godfrey) Griffin of Fredonia, AL, Shelia (Rev. Sanders) Higgins of Miltown, AL, Carrie (Curtis) Copeland of LaGrange, GA, Dianne (Larry) Phillips of Roanoke, AL and Martha McCurty Welch, father and mother-in-law, Mr. Jimmie Lee and Mrs. Beatrice Allen, two brothers-in-law, Jacob (Paula) Allen of Ford, NJ and Jimmie (Lee Ann) Allen of Roanoke, AL, seven sisters-in-law, Mary (Marvin) Brangman of LaGrange, GA, Patricia Allen of Philmont, NY, Brenda (Dock) Pharrah of Fredonia, AL, Cheryl Allen of Marianna, FL, Belita Allen of Fredonia, AL, Natalie (Coe) Bonner of Douglasville, GA and Pamela (Robert) Maginley of South Korea, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
