Ms. Lorene Strickland, 79 of West Point, GA passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, 2:00 p.m. EST at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lanett, AL Rev. Jessie Walker, Pastor, Eulogist; Rev. Stanley Roberts; Officiating. Burial will follow in Bell's Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, one daughter, Shairl (Tommie) Davidson of West point, GA, two sons, Benjamin Strickland of LaFayette, AL and Walter J. Strickland of West Point, GA, one sister, Mary P. Holloway of LaFayette, AL, eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, a special niece, Rebecca Lee of Valley, AL, two special friends, Dorothy McClure and Regina Lovely, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
