Mr. Andrew Lewis Vines, 61of LaFayette, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Public Visitation will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Mr. Vines will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026,1:00 PM CST at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in LaFayette, AL. Pastor Gary L. Dixon, Officiating.

Burial will follow in Essie J. Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

Mr. Vines leaves cherished memories with his wife, Tara S. Vines of LaFayette, AL; his mother, Annie Mae Vines of LaFayette, AL; his children, Michael (Shahidah) Bailey of Opelika, AL, Andarius Vines of LaFayette, AL, Andrew T. Vines of LaFayette, AL, Adrian Wright of Opelika, AL and Rashanda Wynn of New York; grandchildren, Genesis Bailey, Elijah Bailey, Makenzie Bailey, Deshoquavious Wright, Ajah Wright and Monet Majors, one great grandchild, Sarai Wright; brothers, Bobby (Betty) Vines of LaFayette, AL and Donald Lewis Spence of Lanett, AL; sisters, Martha (Bommer) Burton,  Janette Vines (Webster Knox), Sarah (Frankie) Ross, all of LaFayette, AL, Yolanda Vines of Lanett, AL, and Teresa (Grady) Billingsley of Lanett, AL; mother-in-law, Cotter Mae James Wallace of LaFayette,AL; brothers-in-law, Parris (Nicole) Story of LaFayette, AL and Wallace Lee of Dayton, OH; sisters-in-law, Iris Kyles of LaFayette, AL, Lanette (Freddie) Arron of Atlanta, GA, Pebble Hill of LaFayette, AL, Acquanetta (Norman) Carlisle of Valley, AL and Melissa Calloway of Valley, AL; goddaughters, Tanyka and Adani Harold of Tallassee, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
