Mr. Chester L. Woody, 64 of Atlanta, GA passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Public Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, 1:00 PM CST at Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Gary L. Dixon, Officiating.
Mr. Woody is survived by his daughter, Jasmine Woody of Atlanta, GA, two grandchildren, Kendall and Kennady Watts of Atlanta, GA, four sisters, Patricia Woody and Barbara Williams, both of LaFayette, AL, Bobbie Smith of Chattanooga, TN, and Gwendolyn McCoy of Detroit, MI, one brother, Anthony Copeland of Brooklyn, NY, an aunt, Fannie Mae Carwell, and a special niece, LaTasha Woody Barnes, both ofLaFayette, AL, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
