Mr. Danny Lewis Blake

Mr. Danny Lewis Blake, 56 of LaGrange, GA passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Mr. Blake will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, 2:00 PM CST at Sweet Home Baptist Church in Five Points, AL, Reverend Jerome Trammell, Pastor / Officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Blake leaves to cherish his memories, three children, Ivy Childs and Danny Childs both of LaGrange, GA and Mikeia Trammell of Roanoke, AL, his father, John Lewis Blake, Sr. (Mary) of Five Points, AL, two brothers, David Blake of LaGrange, GA and Jerome Staples (Darlinda) of Phenix City, AL, five sisters: Linda Hines and Deborah Blake of Atlanta, GA, Jacquelyn Veal, Vicie Staples and Monica Davis (Lamont), all of Roanoke, AL, eight grandchildren: Adorian Childs, Justice Childs, Jadoir Childs, Harlem Childs, Izabela Trammell, Ariella Trammell, Dawson Trammell and Aura Trammell, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
