Mr. Edward Brewer, Sr.

Mr. Edward Brewer Sr., 91 of LaFayette, AL passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020.

A Private Graveside Service was held on Friday, April 24, 2020, 2:00 p.m. CST at Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Terry L. Magby; Officiating; Rev. Ed Vines; Assisting.

Mr. Brewer leaves cherished memories with four daughters: Mattie Louise Brewer, Barbara Ann Brewer, Willie Nell Brewer Jones and Theresa Ann Brewer, all of LaFayette, AL; four sons, Arthur Lee (Belinda) Brewer of Camp Hill, AL, Randy (Audrey) Brewer of Conyers, GA, Emanuel Brewer and Tony Brewer, both of LaFayette, AL; twenty-eight (28) grandchildren, Barbara, Ocie and Kimberly (children of Evelyn); Damion (child of Arthur), Rodriqus (child of Yvonne); Mario, Shanavia and Tymichael (children of Mattie); Kalitha, Terrance and Latravicus (children of Edward Jr.); Ashley, Jonathan, Stephen and Nicholas (children of Randy); Travis and Jamal (children of Barbara); Roderick, Emaker, Quawana, Jonathan, Emanuel Jr. and Emanuel II, (children of Emanual); Lakevis and Khadejah, (children of Willie Nell); Shatrease and Dimitric, (children of Theresa); Anthony (child of Tony); and a host of great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Nathaniel of West Point, GA and his sister Retha Brewer Holloway of LaFayette, AL; sisters-in law, Lucy (Ada) M. Brewer and Geneva Brewer of LaFayette, AL; Ruth Payne Brewer of Fairfield, AL and Barbara Holloway of Baldwin Park, CA; one of his very best friends, Fletcher Carr of LaFayette, AL; and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
