Mr. Jack Jackson, Sr., 82 of Opelika, AL passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Arbor Lake Health and Rehab, Auburn, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 1:00 PM CST until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel, Lafayette, AL.

Mr. Jackson will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, 2:00PM EST at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, Cusseta, AL. Pastor Travis Floyd, Officiating/Eulogist.

Interment will follow funeral service in church cemetery.

His memories will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife, Ella M. Copeland Jackson; children, Sharon (Charles) Howard, Jack Jackson, Jr., and Cynthia Jackson; grandchildren, Trinity Howard and Cassandra Griffin; great grandchildren, Edward Howard, David Varner, Cayden Griffin, and D’Lani May; bonus children, Tommie (Elaine) Willis, Gwendolyn Scott, Alvin Askew and Roscoe (Collandra Collier) Willis; bonus grandchildren, Joshua and Demisha Dunn, Brentley Henderson, Vandra Askew Minnifield, Alvin Askew, Alaya Askew, Aleyah Askew, and Alvion Askew; bonus great grandchildren, Sureye Willis, Mahogany Willis, Jerry Walker, Micaiah Pollard, Major Greathouse, and M’Haire Greathouse; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
