Mr. Otis Jones, Sr, 79 of Lanett, AL passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Public Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, 12:00 p.m. EST at Fairfax Cemetery in Valley, AL, Reverend Patrick Brown, Officiating.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, Helen B. Jones, three daughters, Lesia (Ivan) Lisbon of Columbus, GA, Libby (James) Scott and Allegra Jones, both of Lanett, AL, one son, Otis (Debracia) Jones, Jr. of Jonesboro, GA, four sisters, Ruby Jones and Eliza Jones, both of Valley, AL, Dorothy Jones of Lanett, AL and Deborah Chambers of Columbus, GA, one stepsister, Brenda (Leonard) Truitt of West Point, GA, three stepbrothers, William (Allison) Jones of Lanett, AL, Thomas (Fern) Houston of Valley, AL, and Roger (Laverne) Houston of Valley, AL, three very special grandchildren, Cassie Jones of Columbus, GA, Antrina Jones and Alexis Jones, both of Lanett, AL, special friends, Beulah Mae and Rodney Ligon, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and friends.
