Mr. Robert Lee Burkes, 70 of Camp Hill, AL passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025.
Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, 1:30 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL, Reverend Otis Tyner, Jr. | Officiating.
Burial will follow in Mt. Pelia Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Camp Hill, AL.
Mr. Burkes is survived by his wife, Juanita Burkes, four children, Renita Robinson (Sandor Frazier) of Waverly, AL, Lashundra Robinson (Jerricus Reek Moore) of Opelika, AL, Anthony Burch (Yvette Burch) of Severna, Maryland, and Cathy Clemmons (Little G Clemmons) of Nicholls, GA, two sisters, Bobbie Ann Burkes and Lula Johnson, both of Nicholls, GA, two sisters-in-law, Mattie (Willie) Newsome and Annie Dumas, five brothers-in-law, Jessie Webb, Jacob Webb, Tommy Webb and Joe Webb (Fannie Cooper), all of Waverly, AL, and Nathan (Linda) Webb of Detroit, Michigan, seven grandchildren: Andreanna Williams, Kierra Williams and Ashley (Ka’Juan) Jones, all of Nicholls, GA, Nicole Burch and Anthony Burch, Jr., both of Severna, Maryland, Raelynn Ellis of Opelika, AL and A’mir Frazier of Waverly, AL, six great-grandchildren: MaKaylen Mizell, Jaceon Tucker, Ka’Mari Holliday, Ka’Juan Jones, Jr., Kolton Jobes and Raegan Hawkins, two favorite nieces, Dianna Brackin and Sonja Murph, two good friends, Rhoda Kirkland and Will Glasscock, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
