Mrs. Carolyn Ann Perry-Ferrell, 76 passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 2:00 PM CST until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel, Lafayette, AL.

Mrs. Perry-Ferrell will lie in state at the church one hour prior to funeral service.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, 1:00 PM CST at Friendship Baptist Church #2, Lafayette, AL. Reverend Curtis Spidell, Pastor/Eulogist.

Interment will follow funeral service in church cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her three children, Rickey Lewis (Lakeisha) Ferrell of Five Points, AL, Carolyn Nicole Ferrell of LaFayette, AL, and Marcus Lakawn (Yolanda) Ferrell of Lanett, AL, four brothers, Marvin (Mattie Sue) Perry of LaFayette, AL, Johnny Perry of Five Points, AL, Donald (Carrie) Perry and Rayford (Naronica) Perry both of LaFayette, AL, three sisters-in-law, Diane Perry of LaFayette, AL, Teresa Ferrell - Wright of Atlanta, GA and Jackie Ferrell of Valley, AL, brother-in-law, Randy James of LaFayette, AL, five special cousins, Ethel King of LaFayette, AL, Myrtice Swanson of Five Points, AL, Barbara Jean Smith, Phyllis Smith, and Gwen Calloway all of Atlanta, GA, three special friends, Ruby Seymour of LaFayette, AL, Ruby Mae Todd of Lanett, AL, and Shari Turner of LaFayette, AL, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends that she loved dearly.
