Mrs. Debra T. Mackey Roberts, 59 of Lanett, AL passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at EAMC-Lanier Hospital in Valley, AL.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, 11:00 AM EST at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lanett, AL, Brother MacArthur Cooper, Officiating.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Allen J. Roberts of Lanett, AL, four children she called her own: Tyronza Tucker and Sharelia Mackey, both of Opelika, AL, Antwanisha Brooks and Javan Vines, both of LaFayette, AL, a special aunt that reared her as her own, Mary P. Holloway, five sisters: M. Elaine (Ted) Brown of Woodland, AL, Rosa (Jerry) Holloway, Marcia (Timothy) Ray, Sharon (Wayne) Williams and Toni Carter, all of LaFayette, AL, three brothers, Willie Thaddeus (Alice) Mackey of Columbus, GA, Richard (Sherri) Mackey and Reginald (Sandra) Mackey, both of LaFayette, AL, lifelong friends: Sylvia Mitchell of San Antonio, TX, Angela Goodman and Sharon Howell, both of LaFayette, AL, sister-in-law, Americus Diann Roberts of Wichita, KS, aunts: Mae Emma Vines and Annie Mae Vines, both of LaFayette, AL, Nadine Rutherford of St. Louis, MO, Lurlene Kyles of Miami, FL, a special aunt, Shirley Jackson of West Point, GA, Alice Taylor of Tuskegee, AL, Mary Alice Tatum, Roseann London, and Josephine Turner, uncles: Curtis Smith, Lamon Roberts, Jr., George Roberts, T.J. Roberts, Richard Roberts and James Roberts, three godchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
