Mrs. Geneva Williams

Mrs. Geneva Williams, 85 of LaFayette, AL passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Mrs. Williams will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, 1:00 p.m. CST at New Mt. Sellers Baptist Chruch in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Terry L. Magby, Pastor | Officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Williams leaves cherished memories with five children, Vernetta (Joe) McCurdy of Lafayette, Alabama, Franklin McCurdy of Lagrange, Georgia, David Williams of Lafayette, Alabama, Alton (Wanda) Williams of Lafayette Alabama, Derrick (Angela) Williams of Lafayette, Alabama, one brother, Robert (Julia) McCurdy Jr, one sister, Mary Ola McCurdy both of Lafayette, Alabama; four sisters-in-law, Lillian Stevens of Elyria, Ohio, Emma Ross, Bessie (Tony) Ross, and Lera Finley all of Lafayette, Alabama; three brothers-in-law, Walter James Ross, Charlie (Joann) Ross, both of Lafayette, Alabama and Walter (Mae Doris) Ross of Camp Hill, Alabama; 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and host of family and friends.
