Mrs. JoAnn Johnson

Mrs. JoAnn Johnson, 68 of Roanoke, AL passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, GA.

Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 3:00PM CST at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Roanoke, AL, Rev. Lorenzo Foster, Pastor, Rev. Calvin Trammell, Eulogist, Rev. L.B. Houston, Officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by three sons, Terrell (Valarie) Johnson and Jerrell (Tina) Johnson, both of Roanoke, AL and Kilman Johnson of Chicago, IL, a sister, Nora L. Slay of Roanoke, AL and four brothers: Junior (Agatha) Baggin, Simmie (Christine) Baggin, and Earnon (Cherry) Baggin, all of Roanoke, AL, and Ricky (Sandra) Baggin of Woodland, AL, ten grandchildren: Jerrell Jr., Jazmine, Ronnesha, Jayla, Makayla, Montavia, JaQuailya, Shawanna, Maleigha, and Kiara, four great-grandchildren: Sinclaire, Sincere, Elijah, and Quaday, a special niece, that was like her daughter, Kim Kelley, and a special nephew that was like her son, Larry Kelley, a daughter-in-law, Kembala Johnson, a special cousin, Maggie Hill, special friends, Jerlander Hawkins and Annadell Engles, a host of nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.
