Mrs. Julia Calloway

Mrs. Julia Calloway, 72 of Camp Hill, AL passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Mrs. Calloway will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, 1:00 p.m. CST at New Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Dadeville, AL, Pastor Richard D. Jacobs, Officiating / Eulogist.

Burial will follow in Mt. Lovely Baptist Church Cemetery in Camp Hill, AL.

She leaves to cherish her memories three children: one son: Timothy James Calloway of Atlanta, GA, and two daughters: Angela Calloway and Jennifer Calloway of Camp Hill, AL; five grandchildren: Merrell Calloway, La’Conyal Hughley, Demarcus Pennyamon, Alexis Stanley and Jala Calloway; eight great-grandchildren; one brother: Robert (Karen) Shelley; two aunts: Dollie (Will) Ross and Daisy Rowe; one uncle: Paul Rowe, a devoted childhood friend, Abigiah Heard; a longtime special friend, Mary Jennings; a bonus son Melvin Morgan; a bonus niece, Benita Roberts and a host of other relatives and friends.
