Mrs. Lula Mae Washington

Mrs. Lula Mae Washington, 95 of Lanett, AL passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Bethany House in Auburn, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Mrs. Washington will also lie in state on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 12:00 pm EST until 12:45 pm EST at Greenwood Baptist Church in Lanett.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, 1:00 pm EST at Greenwood Baptist Church Cemetery in Lanett, AL, Rev. Tony Avery, Officiating. There will not be a processional from the residence.

Mrs. Washington leaves to cherish her memories with her daughter, Annie M. Early of Lanett, AL, three grandchildren, Danny Washington, James Terry Washington, and Ronnie Washington, she was also blessed with a host of great and great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
