Mrs. Marilyn Joyce Flanagin

Mrs. Marilyn Joyce Flanagin, age 80, of Cusseta, Alabama, passed away Monday, June 11, 2022 at East Alabama Medical Ceneter in Opelika, AL.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM EST at Berry Highland South Funeral Home, 9010 Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN, 37920, a Graveside Service will follow at 3:00 PM EST in Highland South Memorial Park, Rev. Seth Williams, Officiating.

Joyce was a dedicated and faithful Christian woman, loving and caring Wife and Mother. She dedicated her life to caring for and loving her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Cecil Fox and Ocie Annette McCarter; and her husband Johnny Flanagin.

Joyce is survived by her children, Deniece Harris, Greg Flanagin, and Alecia Flanagin; her brother, Harold Fox and her sister, Emily Seymoure, her grandchildren, Johnathan Harris, Ashley Flanagin, Matthew Flanagin, Christian Smallen, Stacy Flanagin-Parker, and Caitlyn Harris, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
