Mrs. Mary Jenell Greathouse Webb, 72 of Auburn, AL passed away on Friday, October 4, 2024 at EAMC-Opelika, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Mrs. Webb will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, 1:00 p.m. CST at Mt. Zion East Baptist Church in Dadeville, AL, Rev. Jimmy Thomas, Pastor; Officiating. 

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

 Mary Jenell Webb leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Mr. Earnest Webb of Auburn, AL, three daughters, Jennifer Greathouse Robinson of Virginia Beach, VA, Greta (James) Dowdell of Auburn, AL, Stacy (Tyren) Hutchins of Auburn, AL, and Natasha Young of Notasulga, AL, two brothers-in-law, Eddie (Molly) Webb of Phenix City, AL, James (Vanessa) Webb of Auburn, AL, four sisters-in-law, Mary Lyles of Auburn, AL, Annie Doris (Richard) Stapels of Opelika, AL, Ola Mae (Earl) Cole of Opelika, AL, Shirley Greathouse of Alexander City, AL, eight grandchildren: Ryrecius Greathouse, Stephanie Dowdell, Jasmine Greathouse, Kevin Dowdell, Keyanna (Jamahlie) Creed, Jacoby Jefferson, Jayden Jefferson, and Kiara Young, 14 great-grandchildren, a special friend, Fannie Cooper of Auburn, AL, a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
