Mrs. Sarah Lee Patterson, 80 of Valley, AL passed away on October 1, 2024 at her home.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.
Public Visitation will also be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. EST at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1487 Lee Road 372, Valley, AL 36854.
Mrs. Patterson will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, 1:00 p.m. EST at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Valley, AL, Pastor Corey Huguley, Eulogist, Rev. Frankie Hutchinson, Officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Patterson leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving and dedicated husband, Johnny C. Patterson of Beulah, AL; two devoted daughters, Sharon P. Williams of Beulah, AL and Charlotte R. Patterson of Phenix City, AL; a loving bonus daughter, Makiela Murphy; two sons, Alphonso (Annise) Burton and Andrea Patterson (Companion, Faithe Dean) both of Valley, AL; three sisters, Bernice Madden of Salem, AL, Sandra Murphy of Beulah, AL and Harriet (Larry) Patton of Valley, AL; three brothers, Earnest Murphy of Douglassville, GA, James Murphy and Michael Murphy, both of Valley, AL; one sister-in-law, Clara Burton of Cusseta, AL, six grandchildren: Ziyadah (Dexter) Wallace, Jonathan Williams, Altavious Burton, Andricus Burton, Denoris Jenkins and Erin Roberts; six great-grandchildren: Markevius Dawson, Jaelin Dawson, Ashlee Walker, Bailee Walker, Aubree Wallace, Austin-Blake Williams; extended loved ones, Alexis Murphy, Morris and Kathy Wilburn and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
