Ms. Carolyn White Jenkins, 68 of Valley, AL passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at EAMC in Opelika, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home in LaFayette.

Ms. Jenkins will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, 2:00 p.m. EST at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Life Center in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Michael Stiggers, Pastor, Pastor Corey Huguley, Eulogist, Elder Darrell Combs, Officiating.

Burial will follow in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in Camp Hill, AL.

Ms. Jenkins leaves to celebrate her memories, her father, Otis White, Sr., her children, Regina Dozier, Tiffenie Dozier, and Barrent Dozier, her grandchildren, Dealvonte “DJ” James, Ro’Mello “Mello” Murphy, Sydnie “Cupcake” Hodge, and Zayden “Zay” Mitchell, great grandchildren, Cincere “CJ” James, Kaveah “Kam” Murphy, and Sekani “Kani” Wilson, her godson, Willie Townsel-Whitlow, her siblings, Otis White Jr., Phil (Magan) King, Latanya Pollard, Jackie White, and Zena Whitlow, aunts and uncles, Willie James Mackey, Dorothy Williams, Vonzie Whitlow, Olean (Alvin) Scruggs, Charles (Ethel) King, Helen Turner, Shasta Darden, Doris Faye (Willie) Brown, Linda Burney, and Debra Phillips, friends she loved as sisters, Vera Porter, Deborah Stringer, Mary Ann Murphy, Sarah Murphy, Rebecca Bailey, Frances Harper,  Bertha Jackson, Peggy Scott and Pam McCants, bonus children, Krisse Story, Erica Murphy, Melissa Sanford, Libby Hayes, and Carlos Hodge; special friends, Joseph Dozier, Thaddeus Jenkins, and Gregory Greenwood and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
