Ms. Patricia Ann Ellis, 72 of Birmingham, AL formerly of LaFayette, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Ms. Ellis will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, 12:00 p.m. CST at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Gary L. Dixon, Pastor; Rev. Douglas Jones, Eulogist.

Burial will follow in Essie J. Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

Ms. Ellis leaves cherished memories with her daughter, Shannon (Jeffrey) Wilson of Birmingham, AL, granddaughter, Abril (Marcus) Marzette of Calera, AL, two great-grandsons, Josiah Mckenzie Wilson of Birmingham, AL and Karsyn Woodgett of Anniston, AL, three sisters, Annie Pearl (Albert) Spence and Janice Satterwhite, both of LaFayette, AL and Jane Blake Hurston of Atlanta, GA, five brothers, John Wesley Ellis of Lanett, AL, Hurbert (Tracy) Ellis and Wilford (Ruby) Ellis, both of LaFayette, AL, Jimmy Blank and Rickey Blake, both of Opelika, AL, three aunts, Josephine Avery, Shirley (Nick) Hughley, and Carrie Avery, all of LaFayette, AL, three very special nieces, Maudine Moore and Wanda Ellis, both of LaFayette, AL, and Tania Ellis of Opelika, AL, three special great-nieces, Keanna Satterwhite and Ashla Williams, both of LaFayette, AL and Khadijah Ellis of Opelika, AL, special nephews, Terry Ellis and Jeremiah Spence, both of LaFayette, AL, special cousins, Tammy Briskey of LaFayette, AL and Jeanelle Avery of Lanett, AL, a special friend, Emma Candy of Talladega, AL, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
