Ms. Phyllis D. McCowan, 63 of Camp Hill, AL passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL.

Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020, 1:00 p.m. CST at Camp Hill City Cemetery in Camp Hill, AL, Rev. Bernard Harris; Officiating.

Ms. McCowan is survived by two children: Danielle McCowan, of Camp Hill, AL, Unya (NaKeyia) of Dadeville, AL; one sister: Janice (Jesse Moss) McCowan of Camp Hill, AL; two brothers: Odie G (Princess) McCowan and Dwayne McCowan both of Camp Hill, AL; two nieces: Nineca McCowan and Stacy McCowan both of Camp Hill, AL; one nephew: Nicholas (Chidinma) McCowan of Indianapolis, IN, two special aunts: Sonia Faye Burton and Frances Lanett Holley both of Camp Hill, AL; seven grandchildren: TraDarius, Ziyun, Davian, Daylen, Dallas, Dalilah, and ZaKeyia. A host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
