Ms. Sara Catherine Evans, 85 of LaFayette, AL passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022, at her residence.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022, 12:00 until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home in LaFayette.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, 12:00 PM CST at St. John United Methodist Church in LaFayette, AL, Pastor Clifford Spradley, Officiating.
Ms. Evans is survived by two daughters, Virginia Evans of LaFayette, AL and Minnie (Ludie) Guantt of Dadeville, AL, five grandchildren: Carisa Evans, Shalandra Evans and Willie Evans, all of LaFayette, AL, Treasure Taylor of Thomasville, AL and Capri (Jeffrey) Williams of Atlanta, GA, four great-grandchildren: JaKyah Woody, Darius Davis, and JaCorey Davis, all of LaFayette, AL and Tre Williams of Atlanta, GA, one sister, Nadine Abner of LaFayette, AL, one brother, Roger Bernett of Valley, AL, a daughter-in-law, Pamela Taylor of Thomasville, AL, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
