Ms. Sylvia Diane Johnson

Ms. Sylvia D. Johnson, 62 of Lanett, AL passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Ms. Johnson will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, 1:00 PM EST at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church in Opelika, AL, Reverend Jesse Grooms, Pastor; Officiating.

Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Lanett, AL.

Ms. Johnson is survived by her loving mother, Rosie Mae Johnson, her sister, Gloria Johnson, her brothers, William (Karen) Johnson and Terrell Johnson, her longtime companion, Robert Corbin, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
