Ms. Virginia Martin Crim, “Gin” of Opelika, AL (formerly of LaFayette) passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL.

Public Viewing will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette, AL.

Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 12 O’clock Noon CST at Essie J. Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Darrell Combs, Officiating

She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her four children, daughter, Karen Barnes of Opelika, AL,  sons, Darren Barnes, Ronald Crim, and Fredrick (Whitney) Crim all of Opelika, AL, Granddaughter that she raised as her own, Regina Crim of Opelika, AL, two brothers, Tommy Martin of LaFayette, AL and Lewis C. Martin of South Carolina, four sisters, Patricia Martin of Opelika, AL, Mary Alice George of Staten Island, NY, Barbara Walker and Cyble Martin both of Manhattan, NY, fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren whom she loved dearly, special friends, Flora Harrington, Wanda Heard, and Linda Childs and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
