Ms. Zilliah Kendrick

Ms. Zilliah Kendrick, 88 of Valley, AL passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Ms. Kendrick will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, 2:00 p.m. EST at O. H. Ministries in Lanett, AL, Bishop Bertha Hodge, Pastor, Officiating. 

Burial will follow in Essie J. Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

Ms. Kendrick leaves cherished memories with her sisters: Betty Jean Bullard and Josephine Shahid, both of Chambers County, Alabama, her brother, Vernon (Gwen) Kendrick of Hogansville, GA, and sister-in-law, Jolynn Kendrick of Freeport, NY, nieces: Cheryl Freeman, Barbara Ann Freeman, Andrea Henderson, Tammy Kyles, Tyyonna, Green, Linda Kendrick, Lisa K. Williams, Genise Williams, Marzilla Harris, Dianne Bullard, Alexandra Kendrick, and Samantha Kendrick; nephews: Marshall Kendrick, III, Vernon Kendrick, Jr., Julius Bullard, III, Eric Bullard, and Fard Shahid, a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews, she also had other loving family and special friends.
