Sergeant Charles Webb Brock, the eldest of 5 children born to the late Hudson and Pattie Webb Brock on December 16, 1936, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 1, 2023 at his brother’s home in Lanett, AL. He resided in Columbus, GA.

Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm CST, at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 2:00 pm CST at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church No.1 in LaFayette, AL, Pastor Cornelius Reese, Eulogist, Rev Gary Fanning, Assisting. Burial will follow in Essie J. Handy Cemetery in LaFayette, AL.

Sgt. Brock is survived by his daughter, Pamela Brock; son, Charles K. Brock (Lanessa); brother, Walter Brock; sisters: Pattie Hughes, Faye Brock and Carolyn James; nephews, Randall Brock (Tamara}, Justin Brock and Derek James (Erica); nieces, Sabra Hughes, Dawn Ruth (Major), and Danielle James, and many grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.
