Mr. Marcus Boyd

Mr. Marcus Boyd, 77 of Dadeville, AL passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at the Bethany House of Auburn, AL.

Public Visitation will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel in LaFayette.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, 1:00 PM CST at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Waverly, AL, Pastor Corey Huguley, Officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Boyd is survived by two daughters, Tracy Boyd Glenn (Chris), and Sharetha Boyd Dorman (James) , both of Dadeville, AL, one special son, Keith Canada, one special daughter, LaSandra Hawkins, both of Dadeville, AL, two sisters, Louise Jennings of Baylor, NY, and Mary Francis Boyd of North Baylor, NY,  twelve grandchildren: Linsey Wilson, Zelenka Boyd, Seth Boyd, JaMarcus Porch, Jasmine Boyd, Brittney James, Marcresha Vines, LaToria Boyd, Christeria Glenn, Christopher (C.J.) Glenn, and Marquita Boyd, all of Dadeville, AL, and Markala Boyd of Tyler, TX,  eight great-grandchildren, a very special friend, Sarah Williams, a special niece, Doris Boyd of Fort Walton Beach, FL, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
